Olukemi Iginla

Olukemi is a visionary and execution-driven finance professional with over two decades of experience in the insurance industry. Her career spans a broad spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, strategic planning, financial forecasting, business valuation, cash flow management, risk assessment, business planning, and financial reporting.

With a strong foundation in business and finance, she excels in driving financial and accounting excellence, fostering positive organizational culture, and implementing innovative process improvements. Recognized for her analytical acumen, leadership capabilities, and meticulous approach to managing financial systems, Olukemi has built a reputation as a dependable “go-to” resource with a consistent track record of quality, dedication, and precision.

She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Financial Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, and a master’s degree from Delta State University, Abraka. She is also a professional member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Before joining PABL, Olukemi began her career at Tantalizers Limited, where she established a strong foundation in finance. She later joined Industrial and General Insurance Plc, where she rose to the position of Head of Finance and Accounts, overseeing both Life and General Business Accounts.
