OLADUNNI AGIRI

Oladunni Agiri holds a degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (IRPM) from Lagos State University, and she is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

Oladunni is an HR Generalist with over five years of progressive HR experience spanning diverse industries. She is currently the HR Manager at Post Assurance Brokers Limited, where she leads strategic HR initiatives that promote talent development, operational excellence, and employee engagement.

Over the years, Oladunni has made notable contributions and achieved significant milestones in her HR career, including: designing a forward-thinking recruitment and onboarding framework, developing and implementing a performance appraisal system, leading employee welfare initiatives, standardizing HR policies and procedures for compliance and efficiency, coordinating knowledge-sharing sessions and staff training, and creating a strategic compensation and benefits package that aligns with best practices and business goals.
