Felix O. Ofili holds a Master’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, both from the prestigious University of Lagos (Akoka). He also earned a Higher National Diploma in Insurance from the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. Felix began his insurance career in 2005 at Trust-World Insurance Company Limited, where he served as a Client Service Officer. During this time, he gained valuable experience in insurance operations, particularly in underwriting and claims handling within the General Insurance segment.

He further broadened his professional exposure by working at Globacom Nigeria Limited as a Customer Executive Officer, where he developed strong client relationship management and customer service skills.

He later joined Libra Insurance Brokers Limited as a Manager in the Technical Unit, overseeing key aspects of insurance broking operations. Felix currently serves as Head of the Technical/Operations Unit at Post Assurance Brokers Limited, where he provides leadership in technical services and operational strategy.

Felix is a versatile and highly skilled professional with extensive experience in brokering services. His expertise spans insurance and reinsurance underwriting across all classes of risk—including special risks—as well as claims management, risk management, and financial management.
