POST Assurance Brokers Limited was incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission as a Limited Liability Company with Registration number RC 74623.
The Company was licensed by the National Insurance Commission to commence commercial operation as a full-fledged Insurance/Reinsurance Broker in August 1985.
The authorized share capital of the company is N100Million backed with professional indemnity insurance of N2.5 billion in conformity with the regulatory provision of the Insurance Act 2003.
