POST Assurance Brokers Limited was incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission as a Limited Liability Company with the registration number RC 74623.
The Company was licensed by National Insurance Commission to commence commercial operation as full-fledged Insurance Brokers in January, 1985 to transact business as an Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers.

LEKAN AJISAFE
Lekan graduated from the prestigious University of Lagos with a BSc (Hons) in Insurance.
- He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the Chartered Insurance Institute (London).
- He has over 20 years experience in oil and gas, aviation and general risk and participated as co-broker on NNPC insurance for the 2010 and 2013 insurance years.
- He has worked on many other oil and aviation insurance accounts, making him one of the few experts in those particular fields in the insurance broking sub-sector.
- He has worked out partnership with London Lloyds insurance market and some notable UK brokers.
Prior to joining us, Lekan worked at various organizations, including Elmac Assurance Ltd, Gold Link Insurance Plc and First Guaranty Risk Solutions, where he was Head of Business Development and was instrumental in turning around the fortunes of the company. He later joined Capstone Insurance Brokers as Managing Director/CEO, helping to turn the company into a profi t making organization for the period he was at the helm. He left this position to join forces with the new management and Board at POST Assurance.
OMOTAYO BALOGUN
Omotayo is a versatile, highly-skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record gained through over 18 years working experience in oil and gas, aviation and general risk. He attended Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State where he obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Banking & Finance. He subsequently obtained a Diploma in Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic. He is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and an associate member of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers.
Omotayo started his insurance career with Great Nigeria Insurance plc before going on to work with a number of reputable international insurance brokers, including Union Commercial Insurance Brokers (Member of Comcraft Group UK) and RDS Insurance Brokers (Member of River Drake Group UK), where he gained valuable experience in diff erent aspects of insurance and risk management. Omotayo left a position at Stephen & Solomon Insurance Brokers Ltd as Head Technical Operations/ Strategic Business Development to join POST Assurance. He now works with many of our international associate partners in countries such as England, South Africa and Scotland.
OFILI FELIX
Felix obtained a B.sc degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. He started his insurance career in 2005 with Trust-World Insurance Company Limited where he served as a Client Service Officer and gained proficient experience in insurance operations.
Prior to joining Post Assurance Brokers, Felix worked at Libra Insurance Brokers Limited as a Technical Manager. He joined the team of Post Assurance Brokers as the Head of the Technical/Operations unit in 2017.
Felix is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and also a member of the Institute of Strategic Management. He has attended various training and courses on Insurance practice, management & regulatory compliance.
AUGUSTINA AKADI
Tina holds a BSc in Economics from the International University Business School (IUBS) and an MBA (Finance) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH).
She is an experienced Financial Analyst and Administrator with significant experience in financial reporting. Prior to joining Post Assurance Brokers Limited, she worked at Nicon Insurance and presently occupies the position of Head Finance and Admin in POST Assurance Brokers Limited.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management, Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, and Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.
HANNATU THEYRA
Hannatu is a sales-oriented professional with considerable experience of over 15 years in diverse financial sectors within and outside Nigeria. She has a proven track record in marketing, portfolio management, and relationship management.
Her professional experience started at Afribank Plc where she worked as a Credit, Relationship, and Marketing Manager. After her exit from Afribank Plc, she worked with Maisanda & Co. Ltd (Chartered Accountants) in UK, Compare the Market: (BGL Group) UK, and ASO Savings & Loans Plc Nigeria.
She is dedicated to her work and this has earned her several awards and commendations in all institutions she has worked. Some of her core competencies are; contractual negotiations, relationship management, strategic planning, branding and rebranding, investment and portfolio management.
Hannatu had a BSc Economics from Bayero University Kano and also bagged an MBA in General Management from Coventry University, UK. She also holds a certification in Business Management with EDI UK.
DARE ALAO AKEEM
Dare joined Post Assurance Brokers Limited as a Client Service Officer in 2015. Prior to joining us, he worked at Wolvers Partners as an Insurance Manager.
Dare is a graduate of the University of Lagos. His work experience includes Underwriting of Insurance risks, claim processing, adjustment and settlement of risk, and risk management on various special risks.
He is the Manager, Underwriting, and Risk Management at Post Assurance Brokers. Dare has attended various special risks courses both locally and internationally. He is also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.
MONDAY AKOH
Monday is a Solicitor. He started his legal career as a Junior State Counsel in the Criminal Prosecution Unit of Katsina State Ministry of Justice.
His legal professional interest prior to joining Post Assurance Brokers include Litigation, Immigration, Insurance, Labour and Industrial Relations and Corporate reorganization, Arbitration, Oil & Gas, Maritime and Aviation, Intellectual and Real property, Capital Market Operations, and Commercial Law and Practice.
Monday joined the management team of Post Assurance Brokers in 2012 as Head, Branch Coordination and his excellent performance has significantly complemented the increased numbers of branches of Post Assurance Brokers in Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Nigerian Bar Association.
ADEDAMOLA ADESUYI
Adedamola obtained her LLB degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor.
Before joining Post Assurance Brokers, she worked at Glee Media Resource Limited where she occupied the position of an Administrative/HR Officer and administered HR-related matters, compiled and updated the company’s records, reviewed and renewed the company’s policies and legal compliance.
- She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Adedamola who has a passion for Human Resource Management occupies the position of the Human Resource/Compliance Manager. She ensures all processes, procedures,and regulations are well complied with and has brought innovation to our compliance and our policies and procedures.
ADEMOLA MOKOLADE
- Adeola Mokolade holds a B.Sc. in Insurance from Lagos State University (LASU).
- He also has an M.Sc. in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Lagos (UNILAG). He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN).
- Adeola started his insurance career with Shepherd Insurance Brokers as an executive assistant. Prior to joining Post Assurance Brokers, he also worked at SBG Insurance Brokers as a Team Lead, Retail Unit (Technical Department).
- A versatile, highly-skilled, and experienced insurance broker, Adeola’s expertise cut across insurance underwriting, claims management, risk management, and financial management.
- He has attended various courses and training in Aviation Insurance, Oil and Gas Insurance, and Life Insurance.
